Large private swimming pool which can be heated if this is required, with the added benefit of extra decking. Covered outdoor dining area ( lanai ), with lounge's, patio table & chairs.
Pool heat is recommended from November to March and is an extra charge.

Open plan consisting of living area, nook, dining room and kitc hen, complete with sofa bed settee and 28" cable television with combined video & dvd player.

KITCHEN
Fully fitted and well equipped, complete with large refrigerator, freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal. Should you need to do any washing there is a laundry room with large capacity separate washer & dryer

MASTER BEDROOM
With direct access to the pool terrace via the patio doors, the furniture in this room has been upgraded to include a King size bed and vanity unit, walk- in clothes closet, fully fitted en-suite bathroom, complete with corner bath & large walk-in double shower.

Fully fitted with separate walk-in shower, corner bath, double sinks and separate toilet.

BEDROOM FIVE
With Queen size bed fitted wardrobes and 21" television, fully fitted en-suite bathroom with separate shower, this also serves as the pool bathroom.

With two single beds each and fitted wardrobes.

BEDROOM TWO
With two single beds each and fitted wardrobes.

NOOK
Breakfast area with seating for four.

GAMES ROOM
Fully equipped with 6'x 4' pool table, 7'air hockey, foosball and electronic darts board.
