FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ THESE CAREFULLY AND PRINT OFF.
DEPOSIT: £100 ($200) per week is required for each week
booked, we regret that we can not guarantee to secure any dates until
a deposit & booking form is received, this deposit is non - refundable
in the event of cancellation. Any bookings for less than seven (7) days
will be subject to a £75 ($125) cleaning fee.
BALANCE: The
balance is due two (2) months before your departure date.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A
refundable security is required, please send a separate cheque for £200
($300) payable to Stephen Shelton, which will be returned following
final inspection by our Management Company.
CANCELLATION CHARGES: We
must be notified in writing as soon as possible in the event of cancellation,
should you cancel your booking the following conditions will apply:
MORE THAN 3 MONTHS BEFORE DEPARTURE: Deposit Lost
BETWEEN 1 & 2 CALENDAR MONTHS BEFORE DEPARTURE: 50% of Total cost forfeited
LESS THAN 28 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE: 100% of Total cost forfeited
AMENDMENTS: Alterations
to confirmed bookings can be made at our discretion & the clients request,
we may charge an administration fee of £25.00 ($40) please confirm changes
in writing. Only the persons named on the booking form are allowed to
stay in the Villa, any others will be asked to leave by the Management
Company.
POOL: In the
event the pool heat is requested & paid for, we can not guarantee the
temperature of the pool as this will vary according to several factors,
the main ones being the prevailing weather conditions & correct use
of the pool blanket.
LIABILITY: During
your stay we the owners do not accept any liability whatsoever for Death,
Personal injury, Accidents, Loss or Damage to persons or personal effects
however caused. Please bear in mind that our Villa is situated on a
Development which consists of some residential & Vacation homes therefore,
the owners can not be held responsible for any ongoing construction,
alterations to existing houses or any noise as a result thereof on or
around the development. We do not accept liability for injury or death
howsoever caused as a result of use of the pool or surrounding areas.
It is the responsibility of the user to determine all items are safe
to use, in the case of children or infants then it falls on the parents
or guardian.
FORCE MAJEURE: We
nor our Management Company can not accept, be responsible for or be
liable for in respect of any loss, damage or change by force majeurs
(e.g. Strikes, closure of Airports, Prevailing weather conditions, acts
of God or Terrorism or other events beyond our control). I reserve the
right to change without notice any part of this brochure.
COMPLAINTS: In
the unlikely event of a complaint during your stay please contact the
Management Company immediately & they will advise us accordingly.
INSURANCE: It
is advisable that cancellation Insurance is contained within your travel
insurance. Please read this carefully so you understand & agree to the
above conditions & to abide by the terms & conditions of this agreement.
BOOKINGS: For
United States bookings payments can be made into a US Bank.
