Tuscan Ridge
A part-residential and part-vacation rental community, Tuscan Ridge offers new luxury properties, set in spacious oversized lots - to cater for all family sizes. The community offers a tennis court for the more active, for the more relaxed, take in the conservation views on the south west of the property. Tuscan Ridge is located 3 miles north of the intersection between US27 and Interstate 4 (exit 55).
It is ideally situated for easy access to all the theme parks and attractions including Walt Disney World either via the Interstate 4 or alternatively, north on US27 (and then east on US192). When traveling to the theme parks, airports or East towards Orlando, Interstate 4 should be your preferred route.

For fishing fans there are numerous lakes within the area including Lake Louisa State Park (11 miles North on US27) anglers can fish on 4 of the parks 6 lakes, other activities include kayak/canoeing and horse riding along 15 miles of trails.
Shops And Restaurants
The new Posner Park shopping centre offering major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross, Dress for Less and many more is approximately 3 miles south of Tuscan Ridge (towards Interstate 4). Here you will also find a selection of restaurants, eateries and local shops. For more shops, restaurants and a Publix supermarket, travel approximately 3 miles east of the community to the Champions Gate development, where you can also access interstate 4 East and Disney World.
Approximately 3 miles north on US27 there is another Publix supermarket and shopping complex, with eateries including Applebees, Quiznos, an Indian take-away and a wine & bistro parlour. Walmart at Cagan Crossings is approximately 3 miles further north - just past the junction with US192.
Driving Distances From Tuscan Ridge
Walt Disney World - 11 miles, 12 minutes. Go US27S left turn on to CR54 (Ronald Reagan Park) Turn left on to Champios Gate Blvd Turn left and merge on to I4 East take exit 62 folllow signs for Disney World.
Sea World - 22 miles, 20 minutes. As above follow directions for I4 East, on I4 East take exit 72 and follow signs for Sea World.
Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure - 25 miles, 25 minutes. As above follow directions for I4 on East take exit 75A follow signs for Universal Studois.
Kennedy Space Center - 67 miles, 70 minutes. As above follow directions I4 East, on I4 East take exit 72 merge on to Fl 528 W (toll road) take exit 37 and follow directions for kennedy space center.
Busch Gardens Tampa - 48 miles, 55 minutes. Go US27S 2 miles, take I4 West Tampa, on I4 West take exit 9 merge on to I75 North to Ocala take exit 265 and follow signs for Busch Gardens.

US 27N go 3 miles turn left on to Sand Mine Road publix will be on the right.Berry Town Center.

Walgreens Store ( Chemist 40079 US27 Davenport Fl 33837) US27S go 3/4 mile at the traffic signal turn left on to CR54/Ronald Reagan Park destination is on your left.
Centerstate Bank (100 Polo Park Blvd. East Davenport Fl 33897-9407) US27N go 5 miles turn right on to Polo Park Blvd East destination will be on your left.
Hospital (Heart of Florida Regional Madical Center 40100 US27 Davenport Fl 33837) US27S go 6 miles turn right on to Massee Road arrive at destination.
Shopping Malls
Posner Park - 5 minutes (Posner Park, Davenport Fl 33837) US27S go 3 miles turn left on to Posner Blvd. arrive at destination.
Orlando Premium Outlets - 20 minutes (good designer shops) 8200 Vineland Avenue Fl 32821. Go I4 East exit 68, at the signals go straight across on to Vineland Avenue go 1.3 miles turn right arrive at destination.
Florida Mall - 35 minutes (Large Regional Mall) Sand Lake Road & South Orange Blossom Trail. Go I4 East exit 74A merge on to 482 East (Sand Lake Road) go 5 miles mall will be on your right.
I have included the directions from both airports to show how easy it is to drive to the villa.
ORLANDO
INTERNATIONAL. 30 miles 35–40 mins
Choose the North exit from Orlando International
to enter 528 West.
Follow
528 towards Orlando After passing through two tolls, choose the left lane
to enter on to Interstate Four ( I-4 ) West - Tampa.
Follow I-4 to exit 55 and enter highway 27 North.
After about 3 miles you will find “Tuscan Ridge” on your left..
Note : When you are more familiar with the area, try exit 58 on I-4. This
exit takes you through ”Champions Gate“ to route 54 where you turn right
and continue for approximately 1 mile to the junction with highway 27
North and look for “Tuscan Ridge” on your left.

Choose the North exit to enter Lake Mary Boulevard
West for about 8 miles.
Follow I-4 West to exit 55 and enter highway 27 North.
